Managing changing times in our Australian and remote locations

Callidus has had to adapt to meet the changes brought on by the COVID-19 virus.

In Australia, there have been travel restrictions, quarantine for rostered employees and social distancing. At our remote locations changes have included Government curfews and travel restrictions. This is heightened by working in some countries with poor health systems unlikely to manage a serious pandemic outbreak.

Valve Sales and Valve Repair

Whilst these new developments are beyond our control, we are focused on our client needs and activities.

Our ability to continue meeting our client needs is made possible because our workshop facilities are based within the same State or Territory to client operations. This enables local and timely support. Our in Country and in State inventory of new valves, spare parts, materials and consumables enable local and urgent support. The use of local supply chains enables continued spending and support to local businesses.

In our remote locations, our operations have allowed for prompt coordination of earlier than scheduled shutdowns and the ability to provide 24/7 availability to clients. This also enables us to secure the procurement and stock of critical valve spares.

Callidus remains fully operational. Our client needs are being met and we will all be in a good position for the eventual reduction of restrictions over the coming weeks.
